What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please send me an email as soon as possible. Once I've shipped it, it can no longer be changed and/or cancelled. I don't accept returns / refunds.

What if something breaks during shipping?

I pack my pieces very carefully, so this should not happen. If it does, though, get in touch, send me pictures, and we'll sort it out.

How can I pay?

You can pay via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location,  Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of France?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

What are the delivery times?

For most destinations it should be 1 to 2 weeks.
For France it should be less than a week. For outside of Europe it could be up to a couple months.
